3.1 Specialized Professional Services
Because AssuredNetworkSolutions.site provides high-level corporate consultancy, risk assessment, and institutional introductions, our services are categorized as “Professional Work-for-Hire.”
3.2 Non-Refundable Retainers
- Analysis Fees: Any fees associated with “Business Model Audits” or “Risk Assessment Reports” are non-refundable once the analysis work has commenced.
- Introduction Services: Our service is considered rendered once a formal introduction to an institutional partner has been facilitated.
3.3 Account Approval
Final approval for high-limit merchant accounts is subject to the underwriting criteria of the payment institution. While ANS provides the technical and documentation support to maximize approval chances, we do not issue refunds based on the third-party institution’s final risk decision.
3.4 Operational Issues
ANS does not have access to your transaction flow or wallets. Any requests for refunds related to customer transactions must be initiated through the dashboard of your contracted payment gateway.
