2.1 Scope of Agency Services
AssuredNetworkSolutions.site is an enterprise-focused B2B consultancy and strategic agency.
- Agency Status: We function as an intermediary scout. We identify, vet, and introduce corporate clients to regulated payment service providers.
- Non-Custodial: ANS is a non-custodial entity. We do not hold, manage, or move client funds. All financial wallets and processing accounts are held directly with the final licensed institution.
2.2 Corporate Compliance
Clients using ANS services represent that they are operating in full compliance with Pakistan’s regulatory framework. ANS reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that fails our internal preliminary due diligence or “Know Your Business” (KYB) checks.
2.3 Limitation of Liability
While ANS provides expert guidance and institutional matching, the final operational performance, uptime, and fund settlement are the sole responsibility of the chosen Payment Service Provider. ANS is not liable for any financial disruptions or service-level agreement (SLA) breaches caused by the third-party institution.
